Exchanges and returns
Within a maximum period of 14 days, you can return your purchase or exchange it for another piece of equal or greater value.
Exchanges and returns are only approved for unused pieces inside the respective box and corresponding purchase invoice.
To exchange or return a product, the customer has to follow these steps:
1 – Inform his intention of exchanging or returning by sending an email to zalaiajewels@gmail.com
2 – Send the returned product with the purchase invoice to the address given by Zalaia Jewels
After validation, Zalaia Jewels will return the value through the same payment method used at the purchase.
The company does not accept any return or exchange of personalized products.
The user by sending items for exchange or return is responsible for the respective shipping costs and for the safety and proper shipping. Zalaia Jewels will not take charges of any damage or injury resulting from this transportation.
