It is important to take some precautions that will not only protect pieces from possible damage but also preserve the silver color and shine for much longer.

Jewellery should be stored in sealed bags or in its original box in order to avoid rubbing against other pieces and exposure to air, dust and humidity.

These are some important precautions:

• Remove the jewels before sports activity, during the shower, in the swimming pool or at the sea.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics or cleaning products
• Clean it with a dry soft cloth

Shipments are free to all European Union countries (E countries). Once the payment is received, your order will be prepared and shipped by registered mail.

• Delivery time to Portugal – 2 to 5 business days
• To Europe – 5 to 8 business days
• To the rest of the world – 7 to 12 business days

During high seasons, holidays or festivities, the delivery time can be longer.

Please make sure your address is correct before checking out. The order will be delivered to the address provided. If the order is not delivered it will be returned to our office. A new shipment will only be made upon payment of new shipping costs.
